We have built our team in multi-culture atmosphere with smiles and truly love in kitchen and Front of Houses, Our products are most popular with customers who crave the authentic taste and flavours of Vienna, and this had led our small business to grow over the last seven years as we continue to bake the best Austrian and international pastry and bakery products in town.
With 40 years of experience, head chef Christoph is devoted to creating edible masterpieces that leave our customers coming back for more. In Vienna, Austria, Christoph achieved his master certificate for bakery in 1988, and master certificate for pastry with distinction in 1990. Before coming to Melbourne, Christoph worked worldwide from a small coffee house in Turkey to the Leela Kempinski in Mumbai, Sheraton in HK, Grand Hyatt in Beijing and Doha, and Park Hyatt in Sydney, we are beyond grateful for Christoph and his knowledge!
