Founded in 2016, Vienna Pâtisserie is a family-owned pastry business bringing the timeless traditions of European and Austrian baking to Melbourne.

Our journey began with a simple passion: creating cakes, pastries and desserts that bring people together. Inspired by the flavours, techniques and craftsmanship of Vienna, we combine traditional European recipes with our own creativity to create something truly special.

Where Passion Becomes Flavour

With an international career spanning Turkey, the UAE, Qatar, Hong Kong, India, Sydney and China, Christoph brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Vienna Pâtisserie.

Throughout his career, Christoph has worked as an Executive Pastry Chef and Baker in some of the world’s leading five-star hotels, including Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Kempinski and Sheraton. These experiences have allowed him to develop an exceptional level of expertise in European pastry, artisan baking and luxury hospitality, working across diverse international culinary environments.

His philosophy is simple: quality ingredients, traditional techniques and passion in every creation. He believes that exceptional pastry begins with respect for the craft, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Today, Christoph combines his extensive international experience with his passion for European pastry and artisan baking, creating exceptional pastries and breads that bring together traditional craftsmanship and contemporary standards for the customers of Vienna Pâtisserie.
